Established in 1924. Abe's Lock and Key is the oldest locksmith shop in the valley. Abe's was known to be the only black-owned business in the early '20s (which it was for several decades). Now under new ownership, Vic was once an employee at Abe's back in 2008 and worked with the famous Sterling Gould Sr. until his passing in 2012. Vic himself has over 40+ years of experience in the locksmith industry which was a perfect fit to become Abe's lock new Successor. Just like the past, Vic and his son Paul work to serve the wonderful community of Montrose and the neighboring communities as well with superb quality in craftsmanship, knowledge, and expertise. Not only do we duplicate keys( We have one of the largest and oldest selections of keys available) and repair locks for residential, commercial, industrial, and all kinds of vehicles. We are fully licensed and insured!
